Ah. I see. This poses another question for me; where is says "Form a wall". Does this mean that forming a wall strengthened by employment of prehensile appendages is illegal (fingers, elbows, tails, you know) even if they are not being used to impede an opponent?
Curious because "Form a wall" is in its own category/separated from the part that addresses "impede{ing} an opponent".
